The viniculture of Florence (10 hectares of vineyards) gives you the opportunity to discover these highly appreciated beverages, which are the wines of Haute-Marne countries developed according to traditional methods. Over the past fifteen years, it has been perpetuating a tradition of the vanished vineyard in the 1980 s. A dozen products are offered to you: white (auxerkings, chardonnay and chardonnay drum), rosé and red (pinot noir and pinot noir), traditional methods and flower wine… Most of all, we salute their beliefs, with production in biodynamic and organic wines increasingly appreciated. Their labels are also startling: Ophéliange, Holy Angel… On a table, it's a dream!
