In the kitchen where everything is fresh, without freezer, you will unfortunately not be able to eat ice cream. Phew, there is better here.
Patrick and Sandrine present their menu, which changes every month and focuses on local, seasonal produce. It's practical, too, as their terrace faces the covered market: a place where good local produce comes from! Flagship dishes include half-pigeon stuffed with truffles, and egg confit with Echourgnac trappe. We also enjoyed goat's cheese and chorizo cromesquis, and sweetbreads! The sober ambience of the room is accentuated by black-and-white photos and touches of industrial style.

ma salade de la mer bénéficiait de vrais gambas (3) mais avec autant de quartier de tomate et de la salade verte, le prix est un peu élever.
peut être un mauvais choix de ma part....??
