We discovered Louis and Cerise when they created Frais Maison. It's at Les Singuliers (formerly Le Chapeau Rouge) that we find them since July 2022. The chef was the winner of the Jeunes Talents Gault et Millau 2022 award, so it's no surprise to discover a high-quality menu that reveals the talent of its creator. The couple's cuisine is French, plant-based and sophisticated. The produce is fresh, seasonal and local. The signature dish features green lentils in three textures: surprising and delicious!

Le service est soigné, mais parfois un peu trop. Les serveurs vous remplissent les verres, tournent autour de vous et ce peut être oppressant.
Je garde sommes toutes un bon souvenir de cette découverte culinaire
