Jean-Victor Kalt offers authentic, refined cuisine combining a taste for the terroir with a sure sense of food and wine pairing. The restaurant's décor, with its large picture windows and light wood furniture, is designed to make you feel at home. Mirrors hang from the ceiling, and a large central table displays bottles of the finest vintages. The menus are very judiciously composed, but the à la carte menu is also worth a detour, as are the oral suggestions of the wonderful chef based on his return from the market.
