LA MAISON DE MARIE

The charming village of Droyes and its numerous half-timbered houses has a very welcoming population if one refers to the number of gites and guest houses that one finds there. The proximity of the exceptional site of the lake of Der is there for much. Marie's house, with half-timbering, was built in 1843. Once you pass the large porch, you will discover a magnificent garden full of flowers. Here you can enjoy the superb suite which occupies the whole floor and can receive up to 5 persons. Like an apartment, it has two separate bedrooms, a living room, a library with a pool table, refrigerator and microwave. Everything is decorated with taste. The same goes for the other room, known as the "bread oven", located in the small house in the garden: it can accommodate 3 people, has its own bathroom, a living room on the first floor and a library on the mezzanine.
