THE HOUSE OF HOPS

La Maison du Houblon is a place of memory. Rivière-les-Fosses had the best Burgundy hops, the surrounding area and the place reminds us that Haute-Marne is also a territory where hops love to flourish. More and more breweries are born in Champagne-Ardenne. The breweries are famous, light beer. This museum, located in the attic of the old oilery, presents to you, through exhibitions of tools, photos and documents, the know-how of the brewery haute-marnaise. Perhaps a little too artisan show shows the work of a year of the planters, at the pace of their activity, the spring size, treatments until the particular harvest. A sound film and comments complement everything. Instructive and distracting.
