Hervé Hudelet welcomes visitors all year round on his vineyard in Rizaucourt, not far from the Lorraine Cross. The vines are mainly planted with Pinot Noir and, for almost one quarter of the 4,3 hectares of its property, in chardonay. A visit which continues through the tasting of different vintages (Raw Champagnes, Half-dry, Prestige and Rosé, in formats 37,5 cl, 75 cl and 1,5 l; the vintage is proposed in half-magnum).
