Since 2013, Baptiste Galissot has been developing an organic market gardening business on a 1 hectare plot. The aim was simple: to grow seasonal vegetables, without pesticides or insecticides, in the purest respect for the environment and living things. Baptiste has since succeeded in obtaining the Esprit parc national - forêts label and selling his seasonal vegetables direct to the delight of visitors and local residents. A true market gardening enthusiast, he also offers tours of his farm!
