AUBERGE DES TROIS PROVINCES - HÔTEL LE VAUXOIS
Restaurant offering a cuisine with regional accents prepared by the chef André Jacoulot.
An excellent address is hidden in this residence, which was already facing the pond in the eighteenth century. The Vauxois is a hostel in the noble sense of the word. Since 1993, Chef André Jacoulot has been working hard to satisfy his customers with regional accents, worked in an original way. The frame is distinguished and cozy, thanks in particular to the stones that give a warm tone to the establishment, and to the tables that are drawn up with art. Home pâté, home sorbet, but also tasty candy candies (yes, cheese!)… A great gastronomic guide named it "the best table in the corner", and we understand why. The two-star hotel offers nine rooms, one of which is designed for disabled people.
