LE MUID MONTSAUGEONNAIS
Thirteen hectares, four communes: welcome to this area where three varieties are cultivated. In one of them, Vaux-sous-Aubigny, the grape varieties auxerkings, chardonnay, gamay and pinot noir flourish. The Bishop of Langres, in the ninth century, encouraged monks to plant vineyards on the slopes of Aubigny, where they founded the priory. Auxerkings and gamay are produced in limited quantities. The establishment was fire in 2017, but it is on foot, with new chays, and the will to treat you with a medal at the 2018 Agriculture Fair, early wines, pinot noir, but also a crude Muid.
