This family-run business cultivates 3.5 ha of Grand Cru vines and produces 20,000 bottles of champagne and Ambonnay red coteaux champenois. Founded in 1930, it is now run by the third generation, and all production is sold on site! We're welcomed in the grape-pickers' refectory, then off on a free tour to taste a blended wine after seeing the press, which dates back to the end of the 18th century.
