Arnaud, the current owner, produces quality cuvées under the Claude Beaufort name. The Ambonnay terroir, located in the Côte des Grands Noirs of the Montagne de Reims, benefits from a south-south-east exposure and favorable geological conditions. The vines, mainly planted with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, produce exceptional grapes.
