Inspired by Biodynamic viticulture, Marc's wife Emmanuelle has breathed her creative spirit into the world of Champagne Augustin cuvées. Every aspect, from identity and names to colors and materials, faithfully reflects the House's philosophy. These cuvées, rooted in the elements of nature, are the authentic reflection of their parcels. No artificial manipulations, just the pure expression of terroir. Marc and Emmanuelle call themselves "cœurviculteur": they want to grow and mature their champagnes from the heart.
