Very attached to his roots, David Faivre represents the3rd generation. Today RM, this revelator of terroir, supported by his wife Jessica, has revolutionized everything on the estate. The vineyard is HVE-VDC certified and is currently undergoing organic conversion. 6 finely crafted cuvées make up the Maison's range. We've fallen in love with Perles du Paradis, an Extra-Brut Rosé of pleasing complexity that's perfect with delicately seasoned grilled meats. Champs de Romy (BDB Extra-Brut) is equally sumptuous.
