Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, this family-run business has been operating its vineyards for over 150 years. The warm-hearted current owner will introduce you to his philosophy, which is based on 3 key principles: sustainable viticulture, a love of Chardonnay and the maturity of the wines sought through a minimum of 36 months in the cellar. The 5 cuvées in the range have musical names. Cuvée Rhapsodie, a vintage champagne of great complexity, pleasantly surprised us. Its complexity and richness are perfect with fish in sauce.
