Meat directly from the stall to the table! On the butcher's side at Guiset's, you can find good beef from their Sermiers farm, located about 15 kilometers from Reims. Merci au boucher, aux cuisiniers et à notre serveur d'avoir fait de notre passage, une moment parfait.
Mais depuis la maladie des vaches folles venant d'Angleterre et servis dans les "buffalos" ou les "hyppos" on préféré choisir la viande nous même.
