Meat directly from the stall to the table! On the butcher's side at Guiset's, you can find good beef from their Sermiers farm, located about 15 kilometers from Reims. Beautiful pieces of entrecote, ribeye and rib of beef that can be shared (or not) and enjoyed in the restaurant with a good bottle. The restaurant also offers a tempting menu of dishes where quality meat is honored: from the traditional crispy pig's trotter to the very refined beef tartar with champagne, passing by the more exotic flavors of spring rolls with marinated beef and Thai tartar, here is something to enjoy.

Merci au boucher, aux cuisiniers et à notre serveur d'avoir fait de notre passage, une moment parfait.
Mais depuis la maladie des vaches folles venant d'Angleterre et servis dans les "buffalos" ou les "hyppos" on préféré choisir la viande nous même.
Le personnel est très accueillant, nous y retournerons avec plaisir, pensez à réserver car c'est vite plein (même en semaine)
