A quelques kms de Reims ( et de l'entrée de l'autoroute), un nouveau resto, à la fois en pleins champs et au milieu des immeubles tout neufs, ce resto, (qui hélas , est fermé les soirs) nous a séduits. Menu à 19,00€ pour entrée plat (ou plat/dessert) et à 24€ pour les 3 plats. Nous avons pris une assiette de cochonnailles et une de saumon gravlax ( les 2 fort bien servies et bonnes), puis un magret de canard ( servi avec une purée à la truffe: un régal!!) et un tartare (grand choix). Le tout, bien préparé. Le service était parfait et pourtant le resto était plein ( réservation indispensable). Atmosphère pas guindée mais...un peu bruyante.
