In their friendly Atelier di Pasta, Greg, Julie and Adrien take you on a trip to Italy to discover the best culinary specialities from the Alps. On the stalls, fine delicatessen, mortadella, proscuitto and salami are served with cheeses, parmesan, mozarella di buffala, flavoured risotto, fresh pasta, panettone, olive oil and local wine. Take a walk at lunchtime to taste the good dishes of the workshop, a plate of antipasti to share, a pumpkin cappuccino with bresaola, Bolognese lasagna from the house and to finish in apotheosis, some sweets: panna cotta, tiramisu and profiteroles: delizioso !
