Since 2018, Aÿ Champagne Experience has been offering authentic Champagne tours focused on terroir and independent Grand Cru and Premier Cru winemakers. With pleasure do I recommend Isabelle and her delightful tours. We have just spent a charming afternoon on excursion with Isabelle taking in Champaign tasting and local spirit tasting. Isabelle’s personal affinity with Champaign is clear and her personal account of the regions deep heritage, history and appreciation is both engaging and informative.
