A good house which knew how to exploit the very good soil of Aÿ while keeping a very old house tradition, the name of Lallier having been perpetuated during five generations. It is today Francis Tribaut who keeps this regional jewel alive with a range of great personality. The vintages use the best of the vineyard, pinots noirs on Aÿ and Verzenay, and chardonnays on Cramant and Avize. The range is divided into 3 collections: the Permanent collection, the Memory collection and the Icons collection, a Grand Cru work aged under cork.
