Since 1998, Fabrice has been breathing new life into the family estate. Combining cutting-edge techniques and integrated viticulture, he preserves the family identity on the 15-hectare vineyard. This talented winemaker stands out for his cuvées, resolutely independent of fashion. La Grande Vallée, their emblematic wine, is a favorite: Extra-Brut, aged in French oak barrels and foudres. The Valnons are not to be outdone, with their 100% Chardonnay Extra-Brut Millésimé, born on a Pinot Noir terroir, illustrating the audacity of its creator.
