Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Please note that their opening times change in summer, so don't hesitate to call to let them know you're coming. Closed on Sundays.

A FAMILY CHAMPAGNE ESTATE
The BAUCHET family has been cultivating its vineyards, harvesting its grapes and elaborating its champagne from father to son since 1920. Five generations of winegrowers work with reason and passion a unique terroir full of diversity and singularity. A true estate in Champagne, the very large and rich mosaic of vines spread over different Crus of the appellation, allows the Chardonnay and Pinots to be at the origin of a quality champagne, authentic and elegant which expresses the personality of its terroir of excellence.

On nous répond à l extérieur qu'il est 17h30 et que le magasin ferme à 17h30 (contrairement à la pancarte à l entrée qui indique une fermeture à 18h00).
Tout cela par 2 personnes qui sirotant leurs flutes sur la terrasse.

Suite à mon mail de réclamation, on nous propose de venir visiter et déguster gratuitement. Très gentil de votre part mais nous n'habitons pas à côté et sommes venus occasionnellement en week-end. Nous ne sommes pas pres de revenir chez vous.
