The broad, rich mosaic of vines spread across the different crus of the appellation enables the Chardonnays and Pinots to produce a high-quality, authentic and elegant Champagne that expresses the personality of its terroir of excellence. Open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Please note that their opening times change in summer, so don't hesitate to call to let them know you're coming. Closed on Sundays.

The BAUCHET family has been cultivating its vineyards, harvesting its grapes and elaborating its champagne from father to son since 1920. Five generations of winegrowers work with reason and passion a unique terroir full of diversity and singularity. A true estate in Champagne, the very large and rich mosaic of vines spread over different Crus of the appellation, allows the Chardonnay and Pinots to be at the origin of a quality champagne, authentic and elegant which expresses the personality of its terroir of excellence.
