The Maison Billecart-Salmon, founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, is one of the most prestigious in Champagne. Still family-run, it is now run by the seventh generation, who perpetuate excellence and innovation. The estate covers 100 hectares, with a particular focus on sustainable viticulture.
