We don't take you on a tour of the cellars, but we do explain the different stages in the winemaking process, using explanatory frames hung in the boutique. You will then be introduced to the House's cuvées, such as the "Grande Réserve Brut", made exclusively from cuvées of the Grand Cru de Bouzy, or the "Cuvée Edmond", a champagne commemorating the birth of the House. You'll also discover other local products such as vieux marc de champagne, fine de champagne and ratafia. 3 jewels for a successful aperitif made in Champagne!
