Paul-Vincent Ariston's vineyard, certified organic since 2022, now covers 12 hectares. The company markets wines named after one of the family's ancestors: Aspasie. The wines express the rich, atypical character of their terroirs of origin. We particularly appreciated the Brut Réserve, a powerful, well-balanced champagne, and the Brut Blanc de Blancs, with its aromas of hazelnuts and white flowers, which is perfect with a tartar of fresh salmon and smoked salmon! It's magical!
