A very trendy restaurant in the city-prefecture, the Folles years quickly became an essential part of the local culinary landscape. Located just a few steps from the city center, this hotel is very pleasurable, both in terms of its decor a little retro and its original and quality dishes. However, it is warmly recommended to book. This is the ransom of success! And the whole-Châlons is getting there! It is recommended to taste your eyes closed the salad made of the Folles or still the back of Colin sauce garlic and basil. Prices are particularly reasonable. It would be madness not to succumb!

Joli petit resto au coeur de Châlons-en-champagne. Rien à dire sur la cuisine et le service. Mais j ai retiré une étoile pour le bruit il est impossible de parler sans hurler, on ne s entend pas. Sans parler du manque de civisme de certain. Qui reste debout avec leur coupe de champagne devent la porte. Il nous a été compliqué de se frayer un chemin jusqu à notre table
