A very trendy restaurant in the city-prefecture, the Folles years quickly became an essential part of the local culinary landscape. Located just a few steps from the city center, this hotel is very pleasurable, both in terms of its decor a little retro and its original and quality dishes. However, it is warmly recommended to book. This is the ransom of success! And the whole-Châlons is getting there! It is recommended to taste your eyes closed the salad made of the Folles or still the back of Colin sauce garlic and basil. Prices are particularly reasonable. It would be madness not to succumb!

Excellente expérience. Cuisine française délicieuse. Le service rapide et très agréable. La cassolette d’escargots à la crème est top, les viandes également et la crème brûlée parfaite. Je recommande vivement !

De passage pour la fête des mères, nous avons passé un bon moment. Le saumon, l'andouillette et le rumsteck avec leur accompagnement sont de très bonne qualité. A une prochaine fois pour déguster les côtelettes d'agneau.
