Address with terrace offering traditional French specialities, world and seasonal cuisine
A real institution in the Chalonnaise region, La Bourse needs no introduction! In a chic and cozy setting, this excellent restaurant offers you a gourmet escapade between here and elsewhere, a subtle alliance of traditional French specialties and world cuisine that follows the seasons. We leave the sparkling Venice, with the unavoidable 5A andouillette with chaource cream, for a stopover in the East with a chicken wok with pineapple and sweet and sour sauce on the menu or we allow ourselves a trip to Italy to taste the squid ink risotto.

That is happy to find this type of establishment with châlons…
As for the dishes: we ordered two rumpsteaks one bleeding (which was point) and one point (which was cooked well too!) and fried nuts of St Jacques which proved to be scallops (size room 20 centimes!).
Chief waiter told us that you would have to ask for other rumpsteaks (one had expected more 20mn!) and took us for pinpins (to be polite!) by explaining the nuts of St Jacques had narrowed with washing... er with cooking (it has being seller socks at the flea market)!
That known as we had already, salads and steak tartare is well.
Et ils ne savent pas compter l'addition trop chère et quand on vérifie et que l'on se rencont de l'erreur ils ne veulent pas rembourser.
