Manque crucial de surveillance…
Le lieu peut-être agréable, malheureusement il n’est pas du tout surveillé, des personnes s’amusent à jouer au loup ou à faire des courses sur la glace au milieu de tout le monde en bousculant la plupart du public, je me suis fait rentrer dedans à plusieurs reprises. (Ils ont le droit de faire ce qu’ils veulent mais dans le respect des autres, surtout des débutants qui se tiennent au bord).
Sinon, l’atmosphère est agréable, l’ambiance aussi, dommage pour la surveillance, à mon goût ça gâche tout…

journée a la patinoire de chalons en champagne le 11 09 2019 . Aucun employer n'est d'accord sur les règles de sécurité espace pour les petits très restreint .Et la gérante pousse a la consommation pour des abonnements ,cours pour les petits etc...

un lieu familial et sympathique.
le coin réservé aux enfants est assez grand pour que les plus jeunes et débutants puissent jouer et apprendre sans trop de risques.
Petit bar sympathique pour prendre une boisson chaude.

We wanted to make a little ice rink Sunday afternoon of January for children. We were forced to stay outside the ice because it was impossible to our 4 children aged 2 to 7 on the track. Indeed, the security conditions were not present to ensure runs smoothly session. After discussion with managers, tells us that days to come with children from these ages. Then why us have let and pay our places. No warning statement was made to us and we are brought with one to have valid for 1 month and used in only 1 time. We leave without even have set foot on the ice cream discussions finish moreover it with the managers. After lunch lost and spoiled for our children, what a shame!!!!
