Beautiful hotel, view from the terrace is simply gorgeous. Staff is very attentive, warm and welcoming. I wish I could have rated 4.5, however some technical issues surfaced during our stay. No hot water in the shower and bathroom sink drainage was not good. Royal champagne suite view of the hills, was only visible while standing on the balcony, not whilst sitting (partial view of the large tree). We enjoyed dining at the Le Royal restaurant, however a smirky comment by a staff member left a sour taste. Our group of 4 was the youngest guests dining, and we sense a regard of assumed ignorance and an initial lack of attention. Once the dining experience started, we had a wonder dinner & wine experience.
