In the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the classroom of the local school has given way to a wonderful gastronomic table. After two years spent at the Domaine des Crayères, the chef Benjamin Gilles welcomes you in his own restaurant and proposes you to taste an inventive and uncomplicated cuisine, elaborated from seasonal and local products, in the respect of the environment. On the menu, the beautiful products of the Champagne region are at the forefront, sublimated in tasty and refined combinations. A successful bet!

Ce n’est pas la première fois que j’ai fait des réservations dans des restaurants plus étoilés que celui-ci, mais c’est bien la première fois qu’on m’impose cette procédure indigne pour deux couverts. Le coté pingre de cette condition m’a dissuadé de confirmer ma réservation !
Donc désolé d'être dans l'impossibilité d'apprécier la cuisine.
