In the heart of the Montagne de Reims, the classroom of the local school has given way to a wonderful gastronomic table. After two years spent at the Domaine des Crayères, the chef Benjamin Gilles welcomes you in his own restaurant and proposes you to taste an inventive and uncomplicated cuisine, elaborated from seasonal and local products, in the respect of the environment. On the menu, the beautiful products of the Champagne region are at the forefront, sublimated in tasty and refined combinations. A successful bet!

Le menu est copieux et les plats délicieux: une très sympathique et enrichissante découverte de mélanges de saveurs , le tout accompagné d’une proposition de champagne singuliers se conjuguant parfaitement avec les plats.
