Located in the charming village of Chigny-les-Roses, Champagne André Tixier & Fils is a winery that offers tours and tastings of their champagne wines. Founded in 1926, this family-run business has passed through four generations and is now run by the son. The vineyard covers 5 hectares of vines, mainly planted with Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Visitors can discover the unique terroir of the Montagne de Reims region and learn more about the winemaking process in the estate's cuverie. The estate is equipped with an inclined-plate press and uses oak barrels from the Montagne de Reims forest. For tours and tastings, advance reservations are recommended.
