Maison Legras & Haas, founded in 1991, is run by brothers Rémi, Olivier and Jérôme Legras, who craft authentic wines. A tasting room is open weekdays from Monday to Friday, and on certain Saturdays in spring. The house also welcomes guests to its gîte in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. In Chouilly (Marne), discover Legras & Haas champagnes, particularly the 2014 vintage, which stands out for its freshness. Their Grand Cru 2014 blanc de blancs, disgorged in March 2023, is mellow and toasty, ideal with fish! Worth discovering!
