Founded in 1947, the family estate manages a magnificent 7-hectare vineyard using practices that respect biodiversity. Building on this heritage, Régis Poissinet now skilfully crafts three modern champagnes. Among them, Terre d'Irizée will seduce you with its incisive straightforwardness and lovely fruitiness. With very little dosage, this cuvée reveals notes of citrus zest, white peach and nectarine, enchanting the senses. A wine of rare elegance, fresh and light, to match your tastiest dishes.
