From an early age, Benoît was immersed in the vineyards and wineries with his forebears, learning the traditions and gestures of the ancestors. Today, as a récoltant-coopérateur, he passionately cultivates 1.60 ha at Cuis. His Grand Cru champagnes, low dosage, low sulfur content and aged on lees for 3 to 10 years, are of exceptional finesse. Discover them: Bélémite Brut Nature, Blandélice Brut Nature Millésime, Brut Blanc de Blancs, Brut Rosé de Blancs and Paul-Antoine, with notes of candied fruit and licorice. You'll love it!
