Restaurant offering house specialties with champagne wines and fine dishes in Cumières
We love this restaurant, the charm of vaulted rooms carved in chalk where the decor would almost believe that we are at the museum. The reception is pleasant, the servers are evolving in champagne vigneronne, attentive and warm. It is always a pleasure to come and taste the kitchen of the owner and chef, Mr. Rambach, Master Restaurant since 2009, and take the time to spoil the specialities of the house with champagne wines: casserolette of snails Champagne sauce sweet aillée or Saint-Jacques to champagne and small vegetables or magret duck roasted to red wine of Cumières… Famous and fine dishes. The wine list illustrates the land with a wide choice of champagne and an interesting choice of red wines from other French regions.

Du champagne au dessert en passant par le plat c’est médiocre, pas de qualité ni de quantité, légumes surgelé …
