Maître Restaurateur and excellent saucier Pierre Kieffer varies the pleasures with divine sauces, served with a smile by his wife Christiane. La carte est largement suffisante pour pouvoir manger et déguster de bon plats, les tartes flambées sont seulement servis le soir donc je ne peu les juger mais certainement excellente. Le dessert crème brûlée super bonne aussi. Bref à y aller les yeux fermés.

Sur les conseils du serveur nous avons pris une assiette de choucroute et nous n'avons pas été déçus, une choucroute parfaitement cuite,une viande fondante et des saucisses qui craquent sous la dent, le tout arrosé par une bouteille de klevener ,un vrai régal. Si vous passez par Andlau n'hésitez pas à vous arrêter vous y serez bien reçu.

Très bon restaurant nous avons mangées une choucroute absolument délicieuse avec un petit vin blanc que le serveur nous avait conseillé du klevener nous avons bien mangées et bien bu tout était parfait et le serveur très sympas je recomande
