Maître Restaurateur and excellent saucier Pierre Kieffer varies the pleasures with divine sauces, served with a smile by his wife Christiane. His recipes for foie gras and pike quenelles, among others, are particularly popular. It's a family secret handed down from his grandmother. Save room for the desserts, which are also succulent!
