This estate has 10 hectares of vines spread around the delightful town of Andlau. Its 50 plots benefit from the great variety of terroirs specific to the region. The Wach family owns vines on the Wiebelsberg and Moenchberg Grands Crus. Raphael Wach considers that 95% of the work is done in the vineyard: he is therefore very attentive to de-stemming and trellising in order to promote the good ripening of the grapes. The Wachs welcome you every day (except Sunday afternoon) by appointment and offer groups theme evenings: Alsace wines and cheese, Alsatian dinner, gourmet aperitif... In the summer, a "winegrower's walk" allows you to learn about the terroirs and winemaking methods. To take part in it, go in front of the abbey church on Mondays around 5.30 pm in July and August. Registration is not necessary and the walk is followed by a wine tasting.
