Le restaurant est un peu petit donc il faut absolument faire une réservation à l'avance.
Il a fallu un certain temps entre l'entrée, le plat et le dessert, mais je suppose que c'est censé être de la nourriture lente, et ça en vaut vraiment la peine.
Je pense que pour ce prix, Symbiose et Le Jardin sont les meilleurs endroits où manger à Epernay.
