Starred brasserie near the theatre offering a traditional menu of noble products

Just a stone's throw from the theatre, a chic Sparnacan-style brasserie with mouldings and high ceilings, where you can enjoy a meal after the show. The curtain opens on a traditional menu that puts noble products in the spotlight. Homemade foie gras and its marmalade, lobster velouté, roast pigeon, poultry supreme with pistachios, strawberry with gariguette, tasty creations signed Lieven Vercouteren, the former chef of the starred table, La Briqueterie. A fine selection of wines from the Champagne hillsides for a perfect match with the dishes.

Super moment dans un cadre professionnel.
Nous avons tous bien manges et la carte des champagnes, car oui Epernay oblige, est très bien...à recommander le champagne Pol Roger

Restaurant très agréable dans le centre d'Epernay. Avec Lieven Vercouteren aux fourneaux, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper. Plats gastronomiques, belle carte des vins, service sympathique, excellente adresse !

Une cuisine française traditionnelle exceptionnelle dans une atmosphère magnifique. On nous a également recommandé de très bons vins. Nous étions un grand groupe pressé par le temps et la cuisine a fait des efforts incroyables pour que nous puissions sortir à temps. Je recommande vivement ce restaurant et j'y reviendrai.

Excellent restaurant pour une cuisine française traditionnelle. Le veau et les plats étaient tous deux délicieux. Je recommande la terrine de canard qui était délicieuse. Pour le dessert, j'ai pris le croustillant aux figues, accompagné d'une boule de glace à la vanille et de caramel. Le mélange du froid et du chaud était absolument délicieux !
