Starred brasserie near the theatre offering a traditional menu of noble products
Just a stone's throw from the theatre, a chic Sparnacan-style brasserie with mouldings and high ceilings, where you can enjoy a meal after the show. The curtain opens on a traditional menu that puts noble products in the spotlight. Homemade foie gras and its marmalade, lobster velouté, roast pigeon, poultry supreme with pistachios, strawberry with gariguette, tasty creations signed Lieven Vercouteren, the former chef of the starred table, La Briqueterie. A fine selection of wines from the Champagne hillsides for a perfect match with the dishes.

Elegant place that had no problem with my shorts. FAST service with servers continually passing by and making sure you are taken care of.
Excellent food and dessert.
Beautifully designed lounge.
