I really liked this restaurant but the staff was a bit rude when we asked for a table. When we got a table our waitress did know any english which made it difficult to order but the food and wine was very good.

Our group of 3 wanted to have a quick lunch at 12 when the Brasserie opened. The place was empty and the waitress explained with poor English, that they cannot serve without having a reservation. I don't think it was fully booked since there was no one inside. So, note to others - make a reservation!

To start on a positive note, we enjoyed the food.
However, unfortunately, service was poor. Very unfriendly staff, not at all customer-oriented. Nobody speaks English, not even on a basic level. They made us feel unconfortable with their attitude, from waitress to the guy from the bar (I understood he is the supervisor, no wonder the team behaves the way they do).
We had a table booked insided and kindly asked if we could move outside (atmosphere was nicer and inside it was very hot). They did not allow us because “outside it was fully booked”. We noticed however that many tables remained empty outside for our whole stay there.
Would recommend for food but not at all for services. Level up, people pay spicy prices for your services ☺️

1 ster is nog teveel voor deze service. We kwamen aan en werden vriendelijk verwelkomd, maar de man aan de bar (kleine man met opvallende neus), had er duidelijk geen zin. We vroegen een cocktail en hij vertelde ons vlakaf dat die op was (geen excuses, geen aanbieding van soortgelijke drankjes). Hij zat ook op zijn dode gemakje te smsen terwijl wij wachtten op de service, vlak voor onze neus, kon hem niets schelen. We dachten toen dat we tijdens sluitingstijd waren binnengekomen (en hij daarom geïrriteerd was) en vroegen netjes hoe laat ze zouden sluiten. Zonder ons aan te kijken sneerde hij ‘nog 3u’. Vreselijke bediening door de kleine donkerharige man, met de grote neus die enkel achter de bar staat. Hij maakt de hele ervaring slecht. Op de rest van het personeel niks aan te merken.
