Michel Gonet opens the doors of one of the 5 rooms with a view of the avenue de Champagne or the historic vineyards surrounding the mansion. The stay includes breakfast, tasting and tethered balloon flight with a view of Épernay and its surroundings. The rooms are in the image of Sophie, the winemaker in charge of the estate, a mixture of charm and family home. A relaxation area allows you to enjoy tea, coffee, cold drinks and even champagne! You will also find a library full of books of all kinds.
