Mais cette agence, enfin les petites mains de l’agence ( conseiller, agent d’accueil) ont le mérite d’être à l’écoute d’essayer de nous trouver des solutions d’accompagnement de nous informer de nous conseiller d’échanger un maximum avant que ça ne déraille complètement… évidemment cela fonctionne si l’écoute est dans les deux sens
