Pleasant soundproofed and well-equipped rooms in Épernay.

The hotel chain is no longer present. The rooms are pleasant, small (16,2 m 2) but soundproofed and well equipped (free Wi-Fi, TV with large international channels, large bed with good mattress, bathroom). At Ibis hotels, guests benefit from a reception and a non-stop bar service, from a large buffet to breakfast (will be will from 4 am till pm) and a reasonably good catering service. That is, the sign is committed to environmental protection: 84% of the Ibis network is now certified ISO 9001.

I personally thought the room, while very compact, was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a great value. My issue is how I was treated by the front desk upon checking out. One of the women in our group had entered her room on the previous evening to find blood on the door, wall, towel, couch etc.. The man on staff made her wait until 23:00 for cleaning and new towels. I brought it up the next morning with the manager and she was doubtful of my story. Luckily there were photos. There was no apology, no attempt to make sure that evening was comped - nothing. Horrible attitude.

séjour agréable sans plus!
Pour un hôtel 3 *** , c'est plutôt basique.
Les toilettes ne sont pas séparées de la salle de bain.
Seulement 2 grandes serviettes à disposition , pas de mouchoirs à tirer.
Pas de possibilité d'ouvrir une fenêtre dans la chambre.
et pour finir si vous arrivez le vendredi AM , ne vous garez pas sur la petite place des halles non loin de l'hôtel car le samedi matin , vous retrouvez votre voiture à la fourrière (coût 121€) et en plus IBIS était au courant (info du garage de la fourrière). Il y a bien un panneau sur la place mais celui-ci est en hauteur et écrit petit.
