Pleasant soundproofed and well-equipped rooms in Épernay.

The hotel chain is no longer present. The rooms are pleasant, small (16,2 m 2) but soundproofed and well equipped (free Wi-Fi, TV with large international channels, large bed with good mattress, bathroom). At Ibis hotels, guests benefit from a reception and a non-stop bar service, from a large buffet to breakfast (will be will from 4 am till pm) and a reasonably good catering service. I love this hotel. It was super cute, comfortable, clean, safe, and an amazing location within a short walk of everything in town. The breakfast was fantastic and I cannot say enough about how friendly our front desk check-in girl was when we arrived. We’d love the bar right next to the check-in, which made the 20 minute wait for our rooms to be ready. Much more fun.

Wonderful staff, perfect location.
Very good stay, although room was small, it was fine as we sent most of the time outside.
The staff were very good and so helpful.

Je savais que çà n'était pas un hôtel de charme mais quelle déception accueil à l'étage impersonnel règlement de suite ! chambre toute petite et alors au niveau de la déco !!!! j'ai eu du mal à regarder les murs !!! qui a eu cette idée et ne parlons pas des portes des ascenseurs avec des roues de camion !!!!! bref il vaut mieux chercher autre chose
