HVE-certified, the vineyard is located on the southeastern flank of the Montagne de Reims, spread over the communes of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Mutigny and Fontaine-sur-Aÿ. Every action is carefully thought out to preserve the organoleptic potential of the grape varieties. The range includes five wines: a Brut, a Rosé, a Blanc de Blancs, a Noir Extra Brut and the cuvée Rémanence. You can discover the vineyard on a "vineyard bus" or "D time" tour, located in the communes of Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, Mutigny and Fontaine-sur-Aÿ.
